Refund policy

As a small business, we continuously review refund solutions. If you have brought an original artwork, we cannot accept straight refunds unless damaged. We offer an exchange policy for prints of equal value for our limited edition artwork, provided that the security seal has not been broken and the exchange is initiated within 14 days of delivery. You'll need to cover the shipping charge. We take great care to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality, and we hope our customers will be satisfied with their purchases. 

The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and can survive the roughest shipping journeys. However, in the rare event that your print arrives with any damage, we will gladly replace it free of charge.

Just send an email with an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity, and the order number to hello@edit1ons.gallery and we will get the replacement arranged for you immediately.

We'll cover the return shipping for damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print.

A full refund will be provided if the Artwork or Print is an original 1 of 1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
